About Ego Expert Online Training
Ego Expert aims to educate and inform pharmacy assistants about a wide range of skin conditions and concerns and provides information and practical advice about all products within the Ego brand umbrella.
There are twenty one different modules focusing on various skin issues that form the program.
About Ego Advanced Online Training
Ego Advanced is the next stage of Ego’s online pharmacy training experience. It is intended for pharmacy assistants who have successfully completed Ego Expert.
With 10 new video training modules in Ego Advanced, Pharmacy Assistants will gain product knowledge, introduction to ingredients and insights into common customer questions. Each module is be presented by Dr. Kerryn Grieve and are between 4-7 minutes long which is then followed by multiple choice questions.
The Pharmacy Guild of Australia have accredited 4 modules of Ego Advanced with 30 minutes approved Refresher Training. These four modules are Anti-fungals, Eczema, Nappy Rash and Acne & Rosacea. By completing all four modules and Ego Advanced, you will have completed 30 minutes of Refresher Training and recieve a certificate with the Refresher Training accreditation.
General Information
Each module needs to be successfully completed before attempting any others. All questions are multiple choice. All you need to do is click on the button next to the correct answer, then click on the submit button after you have answered all questions. If you answer any questions incorrectly, you will be directed to the answers you got wrong, and asked to repeat them. The modules can be attempted in any order.
After successfully completing a module, it will be automatically saved, and you then have the choice to complete further modules or you can simply logout, then log back in anytime to finish your training.
All modules can be completed in one sitting, or you can take your time and log in and out as many times as you like.
Even once you have completed the training and received your reward, certificate and pin, you can still log into the site to review the content, and take advantage of the offers that will regularly feature on this site.
